Build an ADHD friendly daily routine
Visible tasks. Real progress.
Every morning, Doing This Next prints your daily tasks — so you can see them, do them, and finally feel momentum.
- Visible tasks
- Pinned on a board, not buried in an app.
- Daily momentum
- Start the day with a clear “what’s next”.
- Tear-down reward
- Tiny dopamine hits that keep you going.
Apps don’t stick. ADHD brains need something different.
Notifications get ignored. Lists get buried. And then the day turns into stress, shame, and “what did I forget?”
Overwhelm
Endless reminders pile up until you stop looking at them.
Out of sight
Digital lists disappear. If you can’t see it, it’s easy to forget.
Friction at home
Parents end up nagging. Kids resist. Everyone loses.
Meet your new daily routine.
Simple, repeatable, and designed for momentum.
Step 1
Add repeating tasks
Laundry, clean bathroom, school bags, meds — pick a schedule and set it once.
Step 2
Print automatically
Every morning your list prints. Pin them up in a high traffic area.
Step 3
Tear down wins
Finish a task, tear it off. Tiny reward, real progress.
Bonus
Need to procrastinate on what you're doing?
Go to the board, grab a random task and "waste" time on something productive.
Built for ADHD minds — and the families who love them.
Two common use cases. Same outcome: less chaos, more wins.

FAQ
Quick answers. No fluff.
- Is there a subscription?
-
If you buy a kit from us you'll get lifetime access to the platform. BYO users will need to pay a $49/year subscription for access.
- Lifetime? If you shut down will my kit become useless?
-
We've built the web platform in a way that we are confident in our ability to keep it running indefinitely but should the day come where we need to shut down we guarantee to make the server side platform open for others to run.
- What is included in the kit? Should I just buy my own parts?
-
BYO is recommended for people that already have the main components at home, if you need to buy parts it's probably cheaper to order a kit.
- Who decides what tasks to print?
-
You can decide the ones you want to print that will be most helpful for your circumstances. Shawn has a daily print for hang out laundry for example. He doesn't do laundry everyday but when he does he sees that task and remembers to check throughout the day.
